Check-in & Check-out
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4:00–8:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early or late requests can be made in advance but cannot always be accommodated depending on same-day arrivals and departures.
How does check-in work?
Both condos offer self check-in via a digital lock. You will receive a unique access code by text or email (your choice) three days before your arrival date — no key pickup or meet-and-greet required.
Cancellation Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before your arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before arrival. No refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Pets & House Rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not permitted at either property.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking is allowed inside or on the premises.
Parking
How many parking spaces are included?
The Shuttle Condo includes 2 parking spaces. The River Condo includes 1 parking space. All vehicles must be registered with us prior to arrival — please send your license plate, make, model, and year when you book.
Accessibility
Is there an elevator?
No. The Shuttle Condo is on the 2nd floor and the River Condo is on the 3rd floor. Both are walk-up only, so please plan accordingly if you have mobility concerns or heavy gear.
Amenities & Linens
Are linens provided?
Yes — both condos include high-quality linens and towels for your entire stay.
What amenities does the condo include?
Both units include a full kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, a cozy fireplace, and smart TVs with Chromecast, Netflix, and Hulu. High-quality linens and towels are provided.
Does the River Condo have ski storage?
Yes — the River Condo includes a dedicated ski locker just outside the unit, available throughout ski season.
Families
Is the condo suitable for families with young children?
Yes — both condos are suitable for families with toddlers and young children, though the units are not childproofed.
Getting to Beaver Creek
How do I get to Beaver Creek from the condo?
The Beaver Creek shuttle stop is directly across the street from the Shuttle Condo — just a 3-minute walk. The shuttle runs from early morning until around midnight, so there is no need to drive on ski days. During peak times, lines can form, so plan to arrive a few minutes early.
