Pricing & Terms
$3,900 /month — all utilities included
- All utilities included: electric, gas, water, high-speed WiFi
- One-time cleaning fee: $250 at move-out
- Minimum stay: 30 days. For shorter stays, book through our standard reservation system.
- Billing: Monthly, charged on your move-in date each month
- Deposit: Credit card on file required. Stays over 30 days require a half-month refundable security deposit ($1,950), collected at booking
- Availability: Subject to existing reservations. Not available during ski season (approximately Thanksgiving through early April). Inquire for specific dates.
⚠️ Water usage note: Colorado’s ongoing drought conditions require responsible water use. Monthly rent includes water usage within Colorado Tier 1 limits. Excessive usage above Tier 1 will be billed separately at cost.
House Rules
These apply to all stays regardless of length.

- No smoking indoors or on the premises
- No parties or events
- Guest parking is highly restricted and subject to availability — do not assume guest spaces are available
- Commercial vehicles at Shuttle Condo only

All inquiries are evaluated using consistent, written screening criteria applied equally to all applicants.
Radon Disclosure: In compliance with Colorado law (SB23-206), a state-approved radon disclosure will be provided and must be signed by the tenant prior to occupancy. Any known radon testing history for each unit will be included in that disclosure.
Pricing Transparency: The monthly rate of $3,900 represents the total recurring monthly charge and includes all utilities (electric, gas, water, WiFi). The $250 cleaning fee is a one-time mandatory fee charged at move-out. Excess water usage above Colorado Tier 1 is billed separately. All prices are in USD and subject to change for future bookings.
